GAME PREVIEW: Blackfalds @ Camrose

Game Preview: The Blackfalds Bulldogs will try for their third straight win Saturday night in Camrose versus the Kodiaks. The Bulldogs are coming off a 4-3 shootout victory Friday evening in Olds. Blackfalds is fifth in the AJHL South with its 23-28-1 mark.

The Camrose Kodiaks will be looking to end a two-game skid versus the Bulldogs. The Kodiaks dropped a 5-3 decision in Bonnyville Friday night. Camrose is third in the AJHL South with its 30-20-3 record. The season series between the Bulldogs and Kodiaks is tied at two. Blackfalds took the last contest 6-4 back on Jan. 2 in Camrose.

Glassford Returns: The Blackfalds Bulldogs finally had one of their regular goalies back in net Friday in Olds. Jackson Glassford made his first appearance since Jan. 25. Glassford made 22 saves Friday evening for his fourth victory of the season.

Kondor: Camrose Kodiaks defenceman Blake Kondor has tallied 10 points in his last 10 games. The Lethbridge, AB product scored once and added an assist Friday in Bonnyville. Kondor has 25 points in 50 games this season with Camrose.

Up Next: After Saturday’s contest in Camrose, the Bulldogs will host the Calgary Canucks Feb. 16 at the Eagle Builders Centre. Blackfalds will then entertain the Bonnyville Pontiacs Feb. 18 before facing the Dragons in Drumheller Feb. 19.
