The Blackfalds Bulldogs edged the Drumheller Dragons 8-7 in overtime Friday night at the Eagle Builders Centre.

The Bulldogs sent the fans home happy just 40 seconds into the extra session when Adam Heindel smacked home his second of the evening past Eric Ward.

Kobe Assam, Deegan Mofford, Spencer Bell, Brett Meerman, Carter Yarish and Jayden Joly had the other goals for Blackfalds Friday. Affiliate goalie Madden Mulawka got the start for Blackfalds and he ended up making 27 saves for his first AJHL win.
